Moisture Barriers are designed to resist the penetration of moisture through wall, ceiling and floor assemblies of a structure. Our membranes deter air currents and wind-driven rain to ensure the fire barrier stays dry.

• Exterior grade system capable of matching 50% joint movement.
• Consists of fiber-reinforced EPDM membranes, sandwiching commercial grade insulation, adhered and pinned together to form a seismic-capable assembly.
• Maintains a minimum R-Value of 15.
• Seams and directional transitions designed to ensure a watertight seal and positive condensation drainage
