Product Description
A heavy duty expansion joint cover plate system capable of withstanding vehicular traffic and +/- 100% lateral shear movement. The unique crowned profile is designed for increased load resistance and a longer lifecycle.
- Install Condition: Floor to Floor/ Floor to Wall
- Movement: +/- 100% lateral shear
- Joint Width: 150mm-600mm
- Optional Vapor Barrier
- Optional 2 hr (120 min) Fire Rated
- Seismic cover plate system designed to meet the needs of structures open to the elements and vehicular loading.
- High frequency (low speed) entry points for vehicular traffic
- Class 1-4 DOT classified heavy duty vehicles
- Galvanised A36 steel standard. Stainless Steel and Aluminium options available.

- Plates are compliant with ADA requirements, and allows for a smooth transition over the joint.
- Shallow blockout ensures no interference with the rebar / cabling structure.
- High durometer EPDM pads absorb traffic vibrations and act as a noise dampening device.
